BMI was engaged by Besix Watpac to provide concrete recycling for the demolition of 200t of Pile Trimming used in the construction of the Kangaroo Bridge Pedestrian Bridge. 19 Concrete and Steel piles was delivered to our Resource Recovery facility at Acacia Ridge facility for further processing.
After the transport and unloading by BSF Cranes, the team from EMM Solutions made quick work by thermal lancing the steel and the Crushing Team separating the Steel from the concrete and is ready to be pulverised and crushed into recycled aggregates.
99.8% of this material is fully recycled!
